Bell was born in a place that has been part of the city's history since 1956 — a place where generations of Athenians made memories, a place that nearly disappeared but was saved by a dream. A group of young people, the Little Noé team — Dimitris, Themis and Marios — decided that history should not be preserved like a museum. It should continue and evolve. Through demanding, shared effort the team became a family, and this singular approach won the embrace of locals and visitors alike, so that today Bell stands among the most cherished tables in the city.

The name Bell is a tribute to all those who served this kitchen before us. We do not try to reproduce the past. We honor it. And we write its next chapter — with the same respect, with new energy, with the same love for hospitality. For the visitor. For the Athenian.

Our ambition is not to become yet another restaurant worth visiting. Our ambition is to become one of the reasons someone will remember Athens.
