Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you book a table, order a product, reserve an event, or use this website.

Last updated: 31 May 2026

This page is a draft template prepared from the website's known service flows. Before publishing, the restaurant owners should review it with a Greek-qualified lawyer to confirm the cancellation timings, deposit percentages, and consumer-rights references match Greek hospitality law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. About these terms

By using this website, reserving a table, placing an order, or engaging Bell Kitchen / COOKaki for an event or catering, you agree to these terms. Bell Kitchen is operated at Petméza 5, Koukáki, Athens 11742, Greece. Greek law governs these terms; any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Athens.

2. Reservations

  • Reservations are confirmed once we reply to your WhatsApp or email — not when the form is submitted.
  • We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes after the booking time. If you'll be late, please message us.
  • Cancelling a reservation is free at any time. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can free the table.
  • For groups of 9 or more, please use the Events & Catering inquiry form so we can plan the right table and menu.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in line with applicable law (intoxication, disruptive behaviour, etc.).

3. Private events & catering

  • All event and catering bookings require a signed quote or written email confirmation before the date is held.
  • We typically request a deposit of 10–20% of the total estimated cost to confirm a private event or catering booking. The exact percentage is stated in your written quote.
  • Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the event date. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date by mutual agreement.
  • Final guest counts must be confirmed 72 hours before the event. We bill for the confirmed number even if fewer guests attend.
  • Catering at your venue: you are responsible for site access, suitable serving space, and (where relevant) refrigeration and electrical supply. Damage to our equipment beyond reasonable wear is chargeable.

4. Pantry & product orders

  • Prices shown on the Pantry page are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We confirm the final total in our WhatsApp reply before processing your order.
  • Pickup at the bell: free, no minimum, during our opening hours.
  • Shipping within Greece: €4 flat. Orders ship within 2 business days; arrival typically 2–4 business days via the Greek courier we use.
  • Shipping within the EU: quoted on request.
  • Returns: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase of non-perishable goods (oil, honey, salt, spice kits, gift boxes). Perishable items (olive paste once opened) are excluded. Contact us by WhatsApp or email to start a return; we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back in resaleable condition.
  • Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace at no charge.

5. Use of this website

  • This website is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. We do our best to keep menu items, prices, and opening hours current, but we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy at every moment.
  • Menu prices charged at the restaurant or via delivery apps may occasionally differ from those shown here; the price at the point of sale is the binding price.
  • You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content (recipes, photos, brand assets) without permission.
  • You may not submit false, abusive, or automated form submissions. We reserve the right to block users who do.

6. Allergies & dietary needs

We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary needs. Please tell us in advance — either on the reservation form, in your event inquiry, or directly to our team on arrival. While we are careful with cross-contact, we operate a small open kitchen where many ingredients are handled in the same space, so we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should consider this when ordering.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under Greek law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product in question.

8. Photography on the premises

We sometimes photograph the restaurant for social media and marketing. We will never photograph a private event, baptism, or memorial without explicit prior consent. If you do not wish to appear in incidental photos taken in our dining room, please let our team know on arrival and we will respect that.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
